i would have been well gutted if i paid good money and the pattern was rubbing off and also if you cant contact them to sort something out, may be you could put acouple of pic up ,

i had my airwolf done my this firm about 7months ago cost me around £100 quid ,although i also had to clean lense's on the scope i was pleased with the job ,i use it regular and the print is as it was when i got it back, i left mine a good week for the dipping to dried(harden) ,cant remember whether he told me that are i just read it some where ,

It wasn't just rubbing off .i can open my gun case (hard case ) and there will be bits coming off all the time . And still struggling to get my gun back firing the way she used to .got another trip back to the gunsmiths this week as she's still not right .

Gutted for you mate. Much as a boys trip would bring you some short term satisfaction, youre more likely to bring a ton of shit down on yourself, so thats something to think about first!

Get the trading standards on him, and at least then you'll keep the moral high ground as the injured party, and I assume that youre already sticking warning posts on all the websites you use?

I will second using Hydroprescision, did a great job on my daystate - very good price too

 

They kept me informed on the progress and checked with me every step to make sure i was getting what i wanted

 

Turn arround was just over a week for Stock, Shroud, Buddy bottle, Silencer & delivery to and from them.

The lads who run and work hydroprescision are very consientious and honest as the days long and you would not have had this problem if you had used them .Though i did advise them not to advertise on this site due to the amount of messers wich they found out them selfs [bANNED TEXT] they did.
