Guest vin
Piss wet through to the underpants today...only things dry were my feet (thanks to the sealskins socks)..Even the trusty old barbour jacket failed to keep the elements out today..It might need a new coat of wax,but it came down that hard it was impossible to avoid it eventually. I had a plan today to capture 2 resistant bunnies that have been avoiding me for the last couple of tries..but today they made the mistake of going underneath the wrong portacabin. . . long net all the way around and 2 ferts in resulted in 1 quick bolt and then a little run around before it finally made a bid for freedom and failed. . Resulting in happy customer who was convinced they were impossible to catch after yesterdays attempts. The dog also caught one later in the morning from some cover..she marked it up and i managed to beat the cover and it ran out,but managed to get through a gate and into another little set of bushes about 2 square meters in size..the dog pointed it out and dived into the cover and bolted it herself..she then caught it on the run in very impressive style. The fact that I only came away with 3 today has just about managed to clear the permission of bunnies which the client is very happy about.. We had a big push a few weeks ago and i have just been finishing off the last few that were avoiding capture. In total theres been just under 300 bunnies excavated from this spot. Quote Link to post

Guest vin
Nice one mate. I'm taking a run up north this weekend to try out that jill you gave me. Eyup mate.. I'm sure you,ll do ok with her.. I was wishing I had,nt given you her last week when I lost my Best Jill. . Leaving myself with only 1 Jill from last year to lead my young kits into work. . If you dont get along drop her back off..no probs. Quote Link to post
