fox assasin 16
Hi lads i know a farm about twenty minutes away from me and i often do go ferreting there and last winter i would get about 10 rabbits off each set and over the summer they got mixi and i would say that there was atleast over a 1000 bunnys on this farm but when they got mixi i went up to the farmer and had asked what happened to the rabbits and he said they all got mixi !I was so annoide that they got mixi as it was one of my best permissions Will any rabbits come back for the winter after getting hit hard with mixi ?? jimster68 123
they cant come back if their dead (lol). if the area has been hit hard, more than lightly some will survive to breed again ,might take a year or two to get big numbers .but i think its safe to say they will be back ........jim Quote Link to post
The one 8,594
Some will have survived and might breed it depends how hard you cull those ones that will be resilient to myxi Quote Link to post
muddy210 34
it can hit the numbers hard for a couple of years but they usually come back if left alone. a spot i used to do got mixi then a couple of lads went in to the farmer got the permission and wiped the remainder out not been a rabbit on there for 5 or more years ballsed up the only bit of permission they had.
