Best setting for clear action/running shots?

Got the panasonic lumix G1 camera, not that clued up yet, just wondering if anyone who uses this model can tell me the best setting for non blurry action shots?

is there an action/sports setting on your camera. worth a try :thumbs: at least untill someone can explain . have you read the manual :D allway worth a shot also. keep at it :thumbs:

The manual for my first Casio compact (I've had 3, 1st was 3.5mp. 2nd, 5.4mp, now got a fairly "worn" Exlim 10.4mp)

is 241 pages (A4) and I printed it off :icon_redface: Only kept with Casio 'cos I didn't need to change Drivers, same functions, same everything LOL.

 

Told you I was a technophobe :yes:

 

But still no feckin' idea what it means :laugh:
