mally 832 Posted June 18, 2012 Report Share Posted June 18, 2012 I got ready mix concrete from a local quarry, i told them what i wanted it for and they recommended a mix they do for livestock sheds which has a plastisiser in. Cost about £20 more. Well pleased with it, as the piss just runs off. No need to seal it with anything. 1 Quote Link to post

Cleanspade 3,324 Posted June 18, 2012 Report Share Posted June 18, 2012 you can get an additive that you float in to the surface. its a hardener and seals the concrete its very good gear quartz based . there are numerous types we use it for parlar floors you throw it on the surface as it is starts to go then float in . do it a couple of times. cant remember the name . one of you pc. whizz kids should be able to find it. if not i'll come back to you on it Quote Link to post
