mongoose 39
I have epson stylus sx40s printer. I am trying to print a copy of my car insurance which was sent to me through a email, but when the printer prints it comes out faded and unreadable or nothing on the paper, I also tried printing something i had stored in my documents and this didn't work either. If anyone has any suggestions why this is happening I would be very grateful as can only do the basics on computer.

Tiercel 6,986
If there is ink in the carts, clean the heads. Other than that as the above post states replace the ink. TC
