hily 380 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Share Posted April 24, 2012 Coming home this morning from work i herd an item been pushed by my local radio newcastle. report of increase cases of cruelty towards animals brought by the rspca two things stood out only HALF of the cases where proven and the RSPCA was using the news item as a platform to let people know that its funds where running very low due to the cost of these prosecutions .an obvious free advert from the bbc then or not ?.
