The mark 3 digi rat spotter development update

Hi there everyone,

 

Here is a 15 minute clip that I have put together showing the development and progress I’ve been making with my home made digi rat spotter night vision unit that I have been designing and building.

 

The unit is now at model 3 with plans to improve it to model 4 and 5 very soon.

 

If I can I would like to also incorporate an i.r zoom lens as well, but that is something I will look at probably a little later on once more testing as been carried out.

No actually on a serious note mate Anthoni wanted me to put this unit together just to see what i came up with for myself. He as even given input and given me ideas to help me improve it even more.

Sounds great Si, keep up the goood work. Its amazing what you can do for a few quid and with a bit of imagination! I reckon if you fitted a tripod you could leave in situ to see what vermin are using your shoot and where they are, a bit like the Bushnell Trophy Cam
