gnasher16 31,602
In my opinion these type of " get fit quick " claims actually do more harm than good to the fitness industry as a whole.....they overcomplicate what is basic common sense and often leave people disillusioned with fitness in general with their play on words......Having trained my body and several other folk to a peak of fitness for sporting events over 30 odd years, even dogs......i know for fact you will never get up off the sofa and reach a peak of fitness in 60 days like these ads claim.....many people try it out for a week going hell for leather, then either get an injury or need more recovery time than 60 days allows and get disheartened.....thats nothing to do with grit and determination you ignore your bodies signals at your own risk. A beginner needs to ease into fitness, gain knowledge and continually strive to improve................not have a mad 60 day outburst that will leave you frsutrated and confused.....yes you will lose weight and gain some fitness in 60 days....will you gain more than you would with 20 days of course you will, will you gain more than you would with 160 days of course you wont..................use common sense and proven traditional methods and you wont go far wrong.
