thedogman199 51 Posted July 15, 2012 Report Share Posted July 15, 2012 The rspca use them for killing foxes all the time as there "inspectors" can not carry possess or administer pentabarbatol unless under the direct supervision of a vet (or any other c-pom for that matter), and although they are legally defined as stunners there sole purpose is "the humane killing of animals" even if a second stage I.e sliting is required Quote Link to post
