MAKE YOUR OWN LURE . 1STARTER MOTOR. 1RIM FROM A WHEEL BARROW. 1 STEEL LEGGED CHAIR WITH THE BACK CUT OFF. 150 YRDS OF PARA CHORD. BOLT THE STARTER TO THE CHAIR.
