Yokel Matt 918
Get out there mate! No harm in going and getting a few rounds down on paper, get yourself happy with the trigger break and scope set-up etc but you'll probably find your grouping isn't all that great unless you can find a nice sheltered spot. Having said that if you don't go you won't know. Fraustrating as it is you'd probably be best having a good hour or so in calm weather to get enough confidance for the highly acclaimed 200 meter head shot this little pills are lauded for. Enjoy Matt Quote Link to post
tegater 789
I agree. Try and shoot up or downwind to get initial zero, and then fine tune on your first still day. Quote Link to post
thursodog 353
Nearly bought one of those, scarily accurate and superb for wabbits. Great fun putting the pills through the same hole at 100 yards and real tight groups way past that. ENJOY! Quote Link to post
mark a l 27
what a great rifle .. and what a fun morning i had .. set up two targets one at 50 yard the other at 100 yards and set myself up on a bench . . took aim at the 50 yard target first and fired of two rounds and did see where they went .. so wasnt sure what adjustment to do on the scope ... so i removed the bolt and looked down the barrel so i could see my target then without moveing the rifle i adjusted my scope ... fired off a few more and was hitting the target .. made a few more adjustments and i was quiet happy .was getting a good group at the bullseye.. so on to the 100 yard target . was hitting the outer edge of the paper ... made a few adjustments and was getting a group on the bullseye Quote Link to post
tegater 789
Mate. Wait till you get a good day, and when you get a little more used to your rifle and you will massivly reduce those groups. You are going to have so much fun with that little rifle. Quote Link to post
