Right ive got a dvd that i told someone on here i wolud copy for them (free of charge)i have the re-writer and blank discs etc i just cant figure out how to do it, does anybody know how to do it, i have Roxio easy media creator i got told i dont have the right software

any help apreciated

i have it on my pc now how do i put it onto a blank dvd?

If it is a legal bought copy of a dvd, then theres a very good chance it will have anti copy software burned into the disc to stop you.

 

This can be circumvented for free with a program called DVDfab decrypter which is free just look it up on the internet. Before anybody jumps down my through this is purely for backups of something you have bought and are going to use the copy yourself to keep the original in its pristine state

 

Then it will be on your hard drive, if it is 4.3 Gigs or smaller great you can burn it using Nero (use the help files that come with the programs)

 

If its bigger that 4.3 (dual layer dvds can be 8 gigs) then you need to shrink it, by removing titles, menus, subtitles, audio streams etc.

 

If this is all gobbledy gook to you leave it alone

put the one you want to copy in the top drive then the blank into the bottom drive (e on my pc) go into roxio, 4th tad on the left "copy" click it. then disc copy. then just start, bottom right hand corner. jobs a good 'un

if its original it only take 1 click to covert it

NOW LOOK HERE just because some idiot of a workman left a big hole sitting in the middle of a field for some poor longnetter to fall into, it doesnt give you the right to take the pish

 

and now seeing as your 18 and the above post was typed under the influance of your first beer, i shall give you the benifit of the doubt that its the beer talking and your not realy digging me out for what was only a minor slip up on my part :whistle: (well it wasnt that minor as i could hardly walk for a week because of a jarred back)
