help for homeless ex forces

Recommended Posts

give this a bump

been out with the dogs for a few hours tonight, weathers cold, wet miserable.even though i was walking it was bitterly cold god knows how the homeless lads/lasses cope huddled in a doorway somewhere,a piece of cardboard for a bed a sleeping bag if there lucky not knowing what awaits them when there woken up,maybe no breakfast,no dinner etc how in todays society can people be left like this to fend for themselves,if you read this and agree next time your in a town/city and see someone needing help get them a sandwich/a tea who knows it may be the only thing they get that day.

bump, back to the top how many of you actually read this, no one this is why theres ex forces personell living on our streets today because its to much trouble to actually read a link unless its to do with some shite about someone making a mistake months ago.how many will be prepared to visit sheffield next sat morning at 0.20 clock to help find our ex forces living there,i will be there at sheff train station while you lot will be snugg in your beds and waiting for the next day to get on your computers to say what a night you all had, hunting etc, talking usual shite amongst yourselves.

One thing you simply cannot do when it comes to charity and making folk aware etc...........is bully folk or try to put people on guilt trips..........fundraising/charity is a very personal thing..........i have every sympathy for homeless soldiers, but i put children in need of help before grown men any day of any week and always will.......i dont hold the value of an ex soldiers life above anybody elses........at least these boys have had an adult life........theres a lot of kids out there who never experience that luxury.

Each to their own.......but you cant get on peoples cases just because they dont feel the same as you regarding charity organisations.
