pup problems hunting alone with her

right lads ive a 13 month old bull x bitch she catches bunnies well when out with me older dog and seems clued up keen as but when i take her totaly on her own seems to fck about and will only take bunnies when im right up on them she as had 12 and tens on the lamp but seems to just need the other dog around to keen her up dont have to slip other dog just it been their seems to make her perk up ive had her since 6 week old and she never been shy in coming forward cant understand why she acts like this

if she has always been in the company of the other dog, a pack has been formed in her mind ,which may or may not include you, im not sure it does from what you've written,only you will know that

, but if she equates hunting and been in drive with that other mutt around, to her something is missing ,it must be unsettling her,,

work her on her own, take her out for an odd walk without the other dog,,the focus the older dog brings when lamping, could be the trigger she needs to tune herself in ,dogs read each others mindset, like us reading a book

develop an understanding through ,positive interaction, best of luck with her,,
