paulus 26 Posted October 1, 2011 Report Share Posted October 1, 2011 its just been anounced that copper is the new wonder metal in the battle against mrsa and cdiff, its anti becterial, anti fungal and reduces the risk of contacting either of the above by up to 40%. hospitals are now changing there door handles, and surfaces to copper or bronze from the normal stainless steel. makes you think hundred years ago most pots and pans were copper progrees hey and everyone thought the gypsies were robbing it for the money, when infact they new this all along and were just trying to save us all :laugh: :laugh: bless em :laugh: Quote Link to post Share on other sites

scothunter 12,609 Posted October 2, 2011 Report Share Posted October 2, 2011 they cant be that bothered about thier patients health,cause the goverment announced they wont be putting it in to practise.they are leaving it up to the individual trusts.which means they wont do it.well maybe a couple of hospitals as a token gesture,and you can bet they will be down south in tory strong holds.
