I have turned into the caped crusader! Honest, I have, today I shot Twoface! More of him later, went back to the permission, pigeon feathers everywhere! No cartridges though, no wings or carcasses on the floor, just blasted feathers! Then I heard it, a "Cree" like cry and it flapped out of the trees, a Buzzard, it was being pursued by a pigeon, looked like a paraglider harassing a Hercules! I caught sight of them later on, it appears a pair of these beautiful birds have moved in, no wonder the rabbits have been getting a little nervy!

 

 

Anyway wondering around with the camera at the ready I saw a little brown mouse scurry across and disappear, so I got the camera out again, and got a photo of him peering out of the front of his home, I did try to get closer, but he decided he did not want visitors, probably had the Jehovah's Witnesses round!

 

 

I shot a couple of rabbits with mixo, and packing up I went down to the bottom paddock (by this time I had packed the camera away), I saw a decent sized rabbit, from the right hand side it looked perfect so Dr Evil was lined up and a perfect headshot was delivered! On pick up, the left hand side of the face was ulcerated and the eye was closed! Twoface the rabbit, so it was left out on the ploughed field for the buzzards!

 

So Batmole went back to the Batcave and has filed this report...
