That's been killed by a big predator of some kind! Its half eaten aswell so not just killed by a dog or something, it was killed because something big got hungry and it being new born and easy prey got munched!

If your FAC has been endorsed with the word 'Only' next to any named quarry then you would be contravening the conditions for the firearm in question - thankfully home office guidance to the feds is to avoid using 'only' as it's usage can cause problems with this country's citizens freedom under law.

 

You may recall a few years ago when certain 22 centrefires were passed for muntjac and chinese water deer in England & Wales that the forces advised that anyone who's fac was already granted for fox etc wouldn't need to have it endorsed with deer - this wasn't due to them being helpful - it was because as long as the word 'only' hadn't been appended you could legally use it if you had permission for deer - anyway regardless of this it's better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6, so if it's coming towards you.. ............
