I prefer the 10z for my purse nets as they don't tangle so easy but have had more rabbits slip a 10z than a 6z net. Longnets on the other hand I prefer the net to be as light as possible as they will catch anything and rabbits rarely bounce off them unless you don't have enough bagging. 1 Quote Link to post

So do you reckon 6 z is ok for a long net mate of mine has one for ferreting seems ok to me , Yeah will be fine just make sure you have enough bagging though, but there's a lot more experienced guys who will be much more knowledgeable than me but it works fine for me.
