rapidjenky 97
got a laserlight and wondering whats the best bulb to get the most from it? will be getting a striker variable when funds allow but at the moment i need a spare bulb to take with me incase this one blows. the spare one i have now is crap and gives a yellow spot at about half the brightness of the one that is fitted to the lamp now. anyone fitted a 100w bulb with the plastic reflector, did it just melt? the one im using now is 50w. The one 8,594
You put a 100 watt bulb in the reflector will blister unless you change it for the metal one then put in the 100 watt bulb Quote Link to post
rapidjenky 97
thats what i was thinking mate but thought ide ask anyway. so which bulb will give the best results? loads to choose from on ebay or is the one from clulight the best im gunner get? Quote Link to post
DogMagic 461
If you have the plastic reflector get the 50 watt bulb. Thats what i use and i find its more than good enough unless im on massive fields. If you get the 100 watt thats 2 million candles and its to hot for the plastic reflector. Google arthur carter urad and see what theyve got in. Personally i dont like the 2 million candles one, its not that much brighter but it murders the battery in no time! 1 Quote Link to post
reavo2k9 20
Just put anothe 50quid to the price of a bulb and buy a cheap lightforce copy , 10quid for a bulb is a 6th of the price of your lamp Quote Link to post
