ginga john 268
Just in case no one else has posted this For those of us that use the B&F box and rechargeable collars there has been a modification to the collars The newest version re-chargeable collar will not fit the existing charger, the pins are different If you buy a new collar via the web site then include the number from the white label that's on a sticker in your existing collar and a note advising them of the date you bought the collar or you could end up with a nice new collar that you can't charge !! You could also buy the new collar & charger together so no problem there GJ Quote Link to post

Waz 4,293
They are also not selling the old collare cases. So if your case goes pear shaped you will have to replace with complete new collar. Quote Link to post

rock 64
just to clear up any concern,s i emailed bellman and this is there reply , panic over Thank you for your enquiry. I think that there is a small amount of confusion here. We have slightly altered the collar casing, but it does not affect the charger in any way. The other factor is that we have been putting smaller terminals on the collars in the last year. These will still fit any of our chargers, but usually if someone already has a charger and just buys a new collar we check which charger you have and if appropriate, we send it with the slightly larger terminals so that you get the best fit possible for the charger you already have. We are always careful to make any new developments compatible with our existing products so as to be fair to all our existing customers. There is a lot of misinformation written on the internet! Kind Regards, Emma Bellman & Flint Edited June 2, 2011 by rock Quote Link to post

Kind Regards, Emma Bellman & Flint "to be fair to existing customers" what a load of bollocks.. when he changed from a battery collar to a rechargable, he should of advertised the fact that new collar casings were no longer available and therefore shafting the hundreds of people who bought one of the original collars..... 1 Quote Link to post
