Just work out the trajectory yourself by firing at targets 10,20,30,40,50 yards (accurate - not paced!!). It will not take you long and will teach you an awful lot about your gun. Hopefully you have already worked out which pellets group best in your gun, until you have done that you are wasting your time.

Once you have chosen the best pellets for your barrel; then you may continue to work out the best Zero for YOUR accuracy

Chairgun Pro is an invaluable tool to get you started.

Once your comfortble, then choose your Zero range and begin your Calibration shoot

Once you've done that, your well and truely on your way

As with the above very sound advice. I always build my spring rifle accuracy on a 25-metre zero. That enables me to shoot at all ranges very accurately with an understanding of my pellets trajectory for hold-over or hold-under range calculation.

I prefer using Metres to yards as they give very precise range-difference measurement results when you are calibrating your scope with your rifle and pellet.

Start with a measured range to 50 metres using 5-metre increments and you'll soon be shooting right  .
