Daz 7 563
I've heard it all now. Jasp, you want to try a nicely ballanced, lighter weight rifle... Like a Weihrauch HW77! Simon Nice one simon . I have a 1985 77K here and a MK2 Webley Vulcan but they're both in that Girly .22 calibre . joking the part I must say shooting the springers does bring back the feeling of a real gun that hits me in the shoulder . I quite fancy them AA prosports! but I'm a lefty and would have to have a special order, I would much prefer a Ambi stock if I can get one so my lad could use it. atb Jasp Funny thing Jasp, but as you know I had the same rifle and tried loadsa other multi-shots too..............only to end up with a Stealth and a HW90 for everyday stuff I remember it well Al! the stealth looks a nice well built rugged peice of kit, a proper keepers gun. I still think mate some of the old springers from the 70's and 's take some beating like the old Airsporter and Mercury S models, I took alot of head back then with these two guns and wish now I hung onto the Mercury, I was offered my old S model back a year or so ago! he brought it round and I would have loved it after all these years but he wanted £250 for it , it was brought for me by my mother back in 1980 for under £. this is the same gun in the picture he brought round. atb Jasp Hiya Jasp, Get the updated HW 77, The HW 97 KT, Ambi stock for Gifted Lefty's and the Common Righty's can also use !!!! Two Stock types also Wood or Synthetic, Problem solved.. Regards Daz. Quote Link to post

clubshot 22
As stated it's well known there is issues with Daystates and magazines As well covered on owners forum board Done large numbers of pellet tests using Daystate Gun's When involved in designing and making their Rangemaster Pellets @ Pax Gun's Can not believe that it's still a issue BOB/R Quote Link to post
slingshot82 32
I think the skirts must get damaged or mis shaped when using the magazines. I have noticed a fair difference in shot consistency between the magazines and single shot trays. FPS consistency is alot better with the single shot tray. Kyle Quote Link to post

I ask as I tried a few out in this gun which seemed very choosey. I finally narrowed it down to H&N Field Target Trophy in .177 but I'm always willing to try other pellets if there is a improvement atb Jasper Quote Link to post
