Sending her out running with my husband next time she's over!!!!! We'll have her in training and fit enough to do a MOUNTAIN MARATHON (ha ha, there's a proper challenge) - he doesn't do running on roads with clean namby pamby shoes!!!!! Then, if she jacks the running in, at least she might be fast enough to catch my dog. (Although, thinking about it, if he hadn't got the dog so fit in the first place it'd be lay by my fire now!!).
