Cheers. i like a dog that can do a bit of both most coursing men dont lamp there dogs aswell few reasons not worth gettin injured rabbits are not hard two catch well no were near as a hare and it might put ya dogs of round henges and cover when the rabbit goes two ground alot when there on hares but i like abit of both Edited April 2, 2011 by bigliks Quote Link to post

Totaly agree Have to say I do quite a bit of lamping with my coursing dogs these days and it has not ill affected them around headges or cover acctualy if I'm honest I think it may have sharpend them a little . As we know its a different type of run and they can tend to put a bit much in early in the day time if you do a bit of lamping with them but if your dogs a deacent animal with enough stick to over come this then I personly dont think it causes a problem ATB Quote Link to post
