Irish Lurcher 1,013
Have to say that fishing for rainbows was never my cup of tea, they fight well, but could never get into it. Now a wee river in the west of Ireland with wild brown trout would drag me from bed, two nice looking fish by the way, and the pics of the birds are class. Quote Link to post
robsharpe 1
IR i used to do a lot of river fishing when i was younger on a local river the derwent in county durham , i spent i lot to time trying to catch the browns most of the sport was with fish in the ounces rather than the pounds the best ever i did have was one and a hlaf pound a really nice wild brown ,but thosae smaller fish were great to catch especiaaly on dry fly so have to be so quick to strike there like lightening takers cheers rob Quote Link to post
