In the ground an adult can be tough on a terrier IF the terrier gets rough on the coon. But 9 times out of 10 they give out what there getting. A bayer, and they will sulk up then it’s a dig right down and game over. Above ground they'll climb if they can to get away. Most who work terriers here in the states above ground always have more then one terrier down, dogs are big usually and just lock him down after a little grab assign. Chances are though you’ll never find those breeding pairs as they will take to tree dens. There is plenty of opportunity to take the best den sites with no pressure from others.

Give them a few years to breed and increase the numbers then youll have another quarry on your list instead of just killing them off now.I jest with the mates if I win the lottery Ill import a load of them myself and let them go amongst other things Lol

we were out with a keeper about ten years ago and he found one run over at the side of the road...it was down lincolnshire way ..then a few weeks later there was another ran over. it made the local news...so maybee there here already ??? :hmm::hmm:
