permission wanted

hi all

I and after permission to go shooting with my brother, we are after vermin mainly ie pidgeon rabbit magpie ect. we both have .22 air rifles.

if any one could help me it would be much apprecated

All of the above is write you and your brother are going to have to go around a few of your local farms, If I was you I would try getting some insurance before you go it helps the farmer see that you are both responsible and you never no when it might come in handy

Doyle, how old are you?

 

If you're under 18 (I suspect you are from your post) then you won't be able to carry your airgun from home to any permission without adult supervision.

 

Get out to the farms, knock on the farmers doors (dress up nicely, no trackies or jeans, a pair of trousers and a shirt at the very least, and nice shiny shoes) and take it from there.

 

Be polite, and be honest. Ask them about any pest problems, and offer to help them out with some work (fencing, mucking out, anything really) in return for permission.

 

Where abouts in Bedfordshire are you? I might know a few places you can go to knock on doors.

Google farms in google maps and the place where you live, works for me, pigeon, here pigeon pigeon pigeon.... Altogether now "Catch the pigeon..." Mole is joining Vulture Squadron...
