Moe 108 Posted January 26, 2011 Report Share Posted January 26, 2011 ive had ferrets for just over 40 year now ,and my main floor covering has been saw dust.never had a problem with breathing with ferrets,my oldest jill died last week aged 13.as for shavings seem to get pissy wet straight away.every one to there own though.
