Boxing Day mooch

Hello all,

 

Went out for a mooch this morning with our pack and Herdwicks pack of lurchers and terriers. Pup is learning and watching what everyones job is and is very keen to get involved but she just stayed on the lead. This crappy weather means we're not doing too much with our dogs at the moment, not until the ground has softened a little, so they're all very keen for a morning's bushing time.

 

Came home with one rabbit, which was more than we we're expecting as they are becoming few and far between on the land now, although new signs of them where they havent been seen before which is a good sign

 

Oh and we found a pheasant egg as well!

Looks like a good mix of dogs, good to see them getting out and about. There's a lot more green out there than down here.
