olim 28 Posted December 3, 2010 Report Share Posted December 3, 2010 Quickest way to do it is if you get the bird when its just been killed, put it on its back, spread out its wings and put a foot on each wing then take a hold of its legs and pull up. It turns the bird inside out and you are left with 2 perfect breasts....try it true, i saw a redneck doing it on youtube a while ago and thought that it had been pre-cut or something, but i tried it and although it didnt work the first time it did the second although it does leave a decent bit of meat on the bird which seems a waste. They are nicer plucked though just takes a while unless you have a machine. Quote Link to post
