If the dog has a lump on its leg the size of a golf ball and it is still there after A MONTH, then for the dog's sake get it down the vet!!! That is of course unless you want a crippled dog: in which case you can just leave it to see what happens. A lump that shouldn't be there is a serious business and in a growing pup you shouldn't just wait to see if it goes away, especially if the dog is lame on it. Would you leave your own leg with a lump on it that hurt when you tried to walk? Wouldn't you go to the doctor to get it checked out in case something had got dislocated or broken? Believe it or not, dogs get around quite well with very severe injuries, but its hardly fair to the pup to write it off at such a young age, even more so if it is something that is fixable.

NOTE: with any injury, if a lump appears where there shouldn't be one: see a vet!

Are you serious mate? A f*****g MONTH of the poor sod hobbling about and even now your asking about it on a forum! Get it to a vet is what i WOULD say but to be honest i would rather you just got it to a new home!

Like any other other dog youve owned? Jesus christ! Do the dogs a favour mate and take up golf.

IT bothers you enough to come asking for advice on a hunting forum 1 month after the pup hurt its leg

not wasting anymore time on this with ya...just re-home the dogs to someone else mate

atb wl

why rehome mate ive got a dog that would amaze you with what it can do for its size and the pup was the same stoping 4-5 rabbits out of 6-7 runs at 7months old and once his leg is better im sure he will just keep getting better i know what im about but i was just asking if anyone knew what it may be if anyone had exsperinced the same thing
