Chicken breast Streaky bacon Pastry New potatoes white wine Tomatoes, nice and ripe, still in the green house Fresh herbs Garden sweet baby carrots, still in the ground. Mushrooms. All the normal stuff you would expect a half capable cook to have (olive oil, past, rice bla..blah blah) You do not have to use all the ingredients... You can use stuff you would expect me to have...... Who can come up with the best recipe I'll cook it and post photos of the winners recipe ......yum. Fancy coming over here tonight? I'll wash up. Er....................that s the best offer i had all week ................ And I hate washing up ... twobob 1,507 Posted September 26, 2010 Report Share Posted September 26, 2010 Up date Just found pears and my cooking apples are ready on my tree. get some soft white cheese and the strong cheese mix it even amounts in a bowl take your chicken breasts and a nife and put aslit in the side keep the hole tight and just open it up inside take the cheese and stuff the breast dont use it all though when you have stuffed em wrap the bacon round the breast smear with butter and wrap in silver foil cook for about twenty five mins for the last seven mins open the foil take your mushrooms pull the stork out and fill with cheese place on foil and wrap it up you can add garlic to the cheese if you like it they take about ten mins to cook so youve got a starter and a main roast your veg it tastes better Quote Link to post Share on other sites
