been to the gym,had a nice hot shower and i have just picked up a bottle of home brew

of a neighbour for this afternoon.

i,ve got a few spliffs rolled up for the X box tournament with the lads :secret:

yea i know what you mean mate this joke came to me by phone text one of my mates

knew i had just finished working in a new build prision in south wales wiring up

a new cell block the next phaze is a woman and child block and a swimming pool

some cells have showers all have t.v radio phone sockets i dare say they can be

switched on and off depending if you have been a good or bad boy

however all brand new nice and warm 3 square meals

yea i dont dowt it perhaps they will send you to prescoed prision where it would appear

you can just walk out when the mood takes you

and as for food meals in the prision around her come from the kitchens of the

university hospital of wales and just as a matter of interest the cost allowance for

a patient is £1.50p per day

they are allowed £3.00p+for a prisioner so you should be getting quality cockroaches

prisoners fecking with your food here are a few options to contimplate

1 keep the prisoners out of the prison kitchen

2 dont do the crime

3 dont get caught
