goat recipe help wanted

ok, a friend of mine shot a couple of young feral nanny goats the other week, i skinned gutted + butchered them as best i could (ive no real butchering experience other than fowl and rabbits)

 

so far ive had;

curried goat

lavender and honey roasted goat leg

hot and spicy honeyed goat leg

spaghetti bolognese

goat casserole

and ive made sandwiches

 

any other yummy recipes as ive loads of goat meat to use up to make room for venison in the freezer

 

also if anyone in roi is willing ive pics on my mobile that id like to upload to the web and cant do it from this laptop if i could text pics to them?

Never cooked it myself but love to eat it. Have a look on the web at Caribbean recipes, should be plenty!
