daft question but how can i spot minxy?

Recommended Posts

Early stage mixy can be awkward to spot, late stage is a dead give away, closed swelled eyes leaking puss the same to the the but hole area and lack of muscle, either way it is totally harmless to anything on the planet apart from bunnies.

Totally harmless? We've never ate mixy rabbits?

Always gone to the ferrets or dogs. Didnt know you could?

Allegedly its totally harmless to anything but bunnies

The question is "Would you want to eat a diseased animal?"

Most diseases are species specific, however they CAN sometimes cross species (Swine flu, Mad Cow etc....) Would you want to be the 1st human to find out that it could be transferred to humans?

What do you mean by early stages? How early, "a day" ? if you are used to seeing a rabbit run with a dog behind it, you will know if it has mixi.... If there are no signs of mixi, when you catch it, then you will be ok... It kicks in very quickly... from one day being fine, to the next day, being fuckedc in the eyes.....

Really, why, just because i hunt rabbit and no what happens to them, i think 99% of a good hunters know what mixi does, and the effects!! Its a forum, and they asked the fecking question. Thats what it is about, if some one knows the answer, then you put it... If it is wrong, you will soon be told. And as for "late stage being a dead giveaway" was that a joke, as the late stages are most certainly death, yes! :wallbash::wallbash:

Not necessarily some recover, :) and obviously early stage is hard to spot without a blood test  ,what im saying is a rabbit could still have mixy and folk will be none the wiser in the early stages, sometimes the liver can be flecked or light in colour but his could be the start of other things for instance RHD,or if you have a pet bunnie and you put a early stage bunnie near it you will also find out if mixy is presant, ive killed more bunnies than you would think matey so do go on about running them with dog's and being able to spot stuff, been there wore the tea shirt and bra.
