lightforce bitz 240 switch needed

i need a new switch for my blitz 240

ive now re wired lamp found it was a fault in the wavey extenable cable, done well for a two year old lamp,

put it back together and found that the switch has gone looked on deben website they want £6 to post it anywhere else i can get one from????????????????

anyone have anything laying about like a dimmer ,switch or the normal switch????

even a solid wavey cable or know where to get one from????

how do chap have a look for maplins online its an electronics retailer or cpc they will do some thing with out a doubt and they do cable aswell atb willum hope this helps.

those blitz lamps switches are really noisey im thinking of getting a silent toggle switch from maplins and doctering it up !

them switches are shite we opt for a cheap door bell easy to put on and bit of black tape.no noise either.
