Hunter of T-N-G 1 Posted August 19, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 19, 2010 This will be the first 32 County Champion of Champions Show hosted by the North West Lurcher and Terrier Club. It will also be the third show this year and will be to raise club funds for investment in our 2011 shows. So far this year a number of charites have benfited and the presentation cheques and acknowledgement letter and photographs can viewed at barrontop fun farm on the day Our last show in July saw the Revive unit at the Royal Victoria Hospital recieve over £1000 and previous charities to benefit were the Diabetes Paediaetric Research Unit and Diabetes Parents Support group both recieving sums of £165 pounds. The club would like to extend their tahnks to all those who gave support and encourage them to join us again in the North west on the 11th of september for what we hope will be a great show to compliment the other events that are already enjoying sucess up and down the country. I hope very much you will make the trip up to us for the day and bering a few of your friends. Qualifiers were offered to all Lurcher and terrier shows in Ireland. Anyone who was declared Show champion Lurcher Terrier or whippet or was Racing chapion at over 23 under 23 and whippet should also have been qualified. Champion Terrier, will receive; £250 Travel Expenses Tickets to attend the Midland Game Fair, , 32 County Champion Trophy and the "32 County Champion of Champions" Perpetual Shield, to be engraved and returned. Champion Whippet will receive; £150 Travel expense, 32 County Champion Trophy and the 32 County Champion Perpetual Shield, to be engraved and returned. Lurcher over 23 inches, racing champion, will receive; £50 Travel expenses, 32 County Champion Trophy and the 32 County Champion Perpetual Shield, to be engraved and returned. Reserve will receive £25 and reserve Trophy. Lurcher under 23 inches, racing champion, will receive; £50 Travel expenses, 32 County Champion Trophy and the 32 County Champion Perpetual Shield, to be engraved and returned. Reserve will receive £25 and reserve Trophy. Whippet, racing champion, will receive; £50 Travel expenses, 32 County Champion Trophy, and the 32 County Champion Perpetual shield, to be engraved and returned. Reserve will receive £25 and reserve Trophy. Here are a few snaps of the July show winners. There was a donation of £1080 made to the revive unit in the Rvh Belfast from the proceeds of this show.
