Phantom 631
put her away safe in the cupbourd and never went in there till today . Sounds like that your problem! How long was it between shooting her? Springers like to be held a certain way and after not shooting her for a while, your likely to need a bit more practise I know if I shoot my springer regularly, my shots are consistant, put her away for a couple of weeks and I need a fair bit of time on the paper to bring myself up to speed again Phantom Quote Link to post

garfield 23
that makes no difference mate its probably slipped and taken a knock you will have to check the scope again or your gasram may need a service/fill Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
mate says i need to keep her lieing down and not have her stud up agenst the wall, will this make a diffrence? Nope, most people have their guns in an upright position. Look at the position of gun safes, gun display cabinets etc.... Try to re-zero, then stand it on its end fir a couple of days again. If it all goes to cock again, I would say the scope is more likely to buggered than the gun, but it could be that it may need a refil as Garf said. Good luck and let us know how you get on wont you? SEAN3513 7
do you have a moderator ???? if so....check it hasn't come loose......the pellets may be clipping it on exit.....or simply remove it and see if accuracy improves. often an overlooked problem cheers sean Quote Link to post
