Cheers mate my bird id is quite rusty...I was about 10feet from a group of them in a bush she seemed the most bold of them...the rest stayed within the bush

just because i say 100% don't mean im right lol,but certainly looks to be,my bird id bit rusty now days as well,think it comes with age mate,good to see though

It may not be a female reedy, it may be a juvenile that has yet to gain adult plumage. The males acheieve their adult plumage over the winter.
