bryson 562
Hi i need some help and advise. i have a 14 month bull x bitch shes been out lamping only a handful of times and she was showing some real promise but the last 2 times i took her out she seems to be playing with the rabbits by running behind and flicking them over and letting them run then she does the same again and this goes on until the rabbit gets away is this a problem or will she grow out of it Quote Link to post
sandymere 8,263
Was she picking up OK before? many pups will be a little nervy at first but get over it as their confidence grows, but if she was picking up well before then stopped it could be a bit of a problem. If its the later and it goes on for a couple more sessions then perhaps running with another dog will encourage a pick up though I'm not a fan of two dogs on the lamp as it often makes more problems than it cures.
