stalkerboydy 4
did you not read the info before you buy!! it is capable if using UPTO.30 cal. "NOT" Looking for a ruck here, only trying to help. So why are Mod's not all got the same hole in the end???????? i have "ALLWAYS" been advised to use the correct size Mod to the Cal of Rifle eg .22 for .22- 6mm for 6mm- 6.5 for 6.5 and .30 for .30 as it is the most effective. Yes it cost more as in my case .22 for a .220 Swift-6.5 for my .25-06 and .30 for my .300 Win-Mag i have them "ALL" threaded different so i can "NOT" fit a small cal mod to a bigger cal Rfle. jmho Quote Link to post
v-max 2
does the above make sense to you lots.... my .243 has a .30 cal mod. Hi pretty sure for the 243 you should only have the north star for upto 25/06 cal. The 30cal is for upto 300wm i think & to big for your use on a 243. Quote Link to post

bob.243 9,823
Hi JR, I was the same as you I got a .22-250 sent up from Yorkshire it had a .30 Mod on it, I'm very happy with it, I also have a .308, and if ever I cut it to take a mod I'm covered, I know that the Mod will fit eveything in between .22-250 and .308, put it this way, if it's on a smaller rifle than a .30, it's better than nothing at all. brno17 5
itl will be fine mate perfectly usable but the smaller diameter exit model would give slightly better moderation but as said better than not having one and if you have or get any bigger cals you dont have to buy another mod.
