HGN 151 Posted July 28, 2010 Report Share Posted July 28, 2010 for any of you Irish guys on here listen up - two years ago when I went to bring my young fella to his first day at school I recognised the lolly pop man as the guy a social worker had to told me about - a repeated paedophile that had never been convicted despite almost 100 reports and over forty referrals for counselling - the school didn't want to know as it was a local council appointment and the local council rep said they could do nothing until I advised I would immediately bring legal proceedings.
