elec 0
it was game to the point that it turned its head and run off , after that it was a pure jacker. correct me if im wrong , if that was a cur in any decent dog mans kennel who expected a 'game dog' that would of been pts. i think it should be seen as it was intended ' a brave little dog that destracted the bull' Not really my department you see(although i am learning on here).....so what would it have to do then to become a "game" dog....? I'd have thought if it kept on going it would be inevitable that it would be killed thats what i would have to do, better to die a hero than live a coward So if that was your dog WDS you would rather it held on and died rather than come of a "1 tonne beast"...? could you trust that dog to hold big game while you went in? Are we talking about a "pig" now because there is not 1 dog in the world that could hold that bull down so you could go and finish it off..........FACT!!! Some of the clips i have watched on here with pig hunts there are 3/4 dogs struggling to hold it down and thats a 100 pound pig......... Utter and complete bollocks, biggest load of shite I've read on this site, and thats saying something. Cheers!!!! If you bothered to read i never said i was an expert in this field and just went on some things i have seen. You should fit in well though Mr 5 posts... Been lurking for a fair while now, but don't post because I don't hunt your quarry, but I do hunt pigs and have caught bulls with dogs, thats why i replied . The bit about no dog can hold down a bull, there are smaller types that of hanging dogs that I've seen work the mouth or eyes of a beast, doesn't take long to have the buggers on their knees when you've got something hanging of their tongue or eyeball. The smaller types seem to be able to work around the horns a bit better than the big dogs, but a big strong dog on the snout can do the business very well, if he gets a clean grab and doesn't get hooked early. Soory about the 5 posts, but their is a reason for it

Its good to learn knew stuff and i am quite happy to put my hands up and say that i was wrong but i really couldn't see 1 dog defeating a bull of that size and strentgh. If you have seen it then i have to take your word for that.
