help needed

hi guys iv just been out trying to zero my scope iv got 2 one is fine but the other which i want on my air rifle wont go right if you get what i mean iv put a target out and i can move the cross up and down fine and it goes left but not right iv unscrewed the left and right knob to the max and im still about 1 inch away any advice welcome cheers barky

Sounds like the scope tube maybe damaged.

Have you, or anybody else over tightend the mount's mate?

 

You could try winding the windage adjustment right over from max right to max left, count each click, so if it takes 200 click's.....wind it back 100, try and zero again buddy, see if you get more movment??
