And if trapping crows in the past ive sat the trap on a square bale with good success, I also use eggs as bait and always crack one on top of the trap. Placing the trap next to a fence or small tree will also help get them on top. But I forget about using the larsen for the corvids once it has captured the breeding pairs on the land, (usually april for me) Any that are left(or that turn up after) are quicker killed using other methods, as they are not territorial enough to be tempted into the larsen.
