Phantom 631
Thanks again guy's Chris s & Alan C: Yeah could be, very cheap and light weight by the looks of it. I know there are a few types with twin ring, but this hadn't penetrated the muscle, just the skin and muscle facia; both had healed over. I would imagine it had caused sufficient pain and a wound that could have caught infection at the time. Just lucky its own immune system managed to fight off infection and heal the wound. It so pisses me off though, even shooting at the heart, there is no way bunny could move fast enough for it to have hit the hind quarters, unless as Alan C said it was a low power gun in which case it should not have been used on a rabbit in the 1st place and gets me wound up even more. I've always said, "A gun is just a tool for a job, (not a weapon) And the tool should be matched to the job its required to do" and I know 99 % of you guys will agree with me on that Sym: Heads just fine buddy, lots of water to combat the dehydration of the booze Started on a bottle of JD last night that the lad got me for fathers day Spirits last me a good while unless chasing lager hic! Shay & Gary: I finally got the Silver alloy bolt on my baby Thanks for that Shay I had to get it bored out a bit; My good buddy RiffRaff did it for me as it was for either another gun or a .177 version of the S200 as it wouldn't fit on the .22 Version. Looks good now though Thanks again Niel and Shay Andy: Cheers buddy, I've heard the name, years ago possibly in GunMart (1980's?) but never seen the pellets in a shop. Davy: I'll read the PM now and get back to you if needed Phantom Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
Hey Wurz Speedy is either hiding in fear of his life or those remains I saw on the road near the cemy were his! He can out run me getting a bead on him, but cars and lorries moving at 70+ MPH is a different matter I've still got my eye out for him though, and his offspring, but I'm hoping to bag Linford and his family soon Phantom Quote Link to post
