Hannah4181 260
Nice shots Mally . . . . Studio stuff is not my bag at all, in my personal opinion dogs will always look better photographed out and about in open countryside, not bored in a studio . . . these however have caught a very soulful side to the saluki in particular, the last shot being my favorite

As for being bored in the studio, No dog was in the studio for more than 15 minutes. Studio work wasn't my favourite to start with but i really enjoy it now, I have the Family /Pet portraits every so often and i was surprised how many people bought there dogs along. I try and give customers what they want afterall they pay the bills lol. Taking shots of dogs outside in the summer months also has it's disadvantages too, after 5 minutes all you seem to get are shots of the dogs with there tongues hanging out as you will know and it's a bloody nightmare at times. This little Guy looks better in the studio

MuttleMcTuttle 21
Lovely shots Paul I'm rather reluctant to let my collies loose anywhere near a white background though because it wouldn't stay white for long

ghillies 209
hmmm, wander if a shower curtain would do the job.
mally 832
hmmm, wander if a shower curtain would do the job. lol probably mate, but my backdrop is 10'x20' i got it from a company that makes marques for about the same price as a cotton one and they gave me a tube to roll it onto to prevent creases etc. It is heavy though so you need a good quality backdrop support.
