had a good day at the isle of man terrier's and lurcher club fist show got best best smooth bitch and second in show Then waited till it got dark then a spot of ratting with the lamp on the beach

her mum is a black ruff coated patterdale and her farther is a smooth coated choc patterdale . she is ruff i just striped her [bANNED TEXT] to the bone and [bANNED TEXT] ya see is her under coat

the isle of man is were it first started for me back in 1980 or there abouts i was 10 years old at the time,had to go stay at my nans for a few months when my mum was in hospital ,my grandad had a lurcher either beddy grey or a deerhound cross as i remember it ,he used to take me out rabbiting and running hare,s i remember the dog chasing a hare up the main street in onchan while people were shopping and so and almost every one was geeing the dog on lol (how times have changed )i came back home and got my first terrier a russell ,its good to see it still alive over there as i have hardly been back since they have now past away ,but left me with a passion to work dogs ,the rest of my family have no intrest with dogs and all think im nuts but i think there,s a part of my grandad still inside me

no it's ok mate it is good to hear storys from people on the main land and there is still a lot of game hear i am a terrier man my self but i still have a run with the lads my self because we dont have the game you have .

plenty of rabbit as i remember but no fox or badger ,its a shame as your island has its own law and you would not have come under the hunting ban if im correct ,do you ever get mixy over there as that could be real bad on a island that small . do you have many shows a year and were abouts was that show held mate ,sorry for all the questions but just intrested

hi fella yer there is mixiy over hear but it comes and go's the goverment put it down to control the numbers but they come back plenty of hare to we even got the mountain hare to there good . i realy wish we had other game hear but hay one day they mite be :whistling: the show was at st john's and yes ya dead [bANNED TEXT] about the ban if only we had them

well done mate beach working for rats are the business. dont have pics but did a beach that had the tide wall rebuilt got 32 rats using the red filtered lamp 100yds from the wall with a terrier the place to go guys during the summer

hi fella i strip her out because she is broken coated and verry patchy her head and ass grow longer then every were ells and it look good when i strip her out [bANNED TEXT] do ya think...
