There are four of the three weekers, I think two dark, and two light, I would say for sure if they would stay still long enough for me to take a better pic :D

is it true what i was readin in a ferret book, about if you cant see black eyes on kits when they are born and beffore they open them that they are albinos?

hows ur jills get on been together with their kits stealthy? any problems or anything? looking well strong and nice colours already eh.

To be honest I normaly split my jills up when they're in kit, I just find its easier to sort them out, but these litters were unplanned, so I left the one jill in with the others purely because the kits were born with the other jills pressent, and the jill seemed to be ok with that, the shock was when the other two jills gave birth, even though I had only put the hob to the first jill, and that is why they're all in the one nestbox, as to how it all turns out, I will keep you posted

Thanks for sharing Stealthy! :good: I love kits & seeing them grow, but I don't need any more ferrets so no litters for me for a while.. :(

I did'nt want any kits this year, I bred what I wanted last year and had my hob snipped, but the OP went tits up, hence the 24 squealers in the nestbox, roll on Winter :D

You can clearly tell the difference on tiny kits as the albinos will have a pink slit where the eye is still sealed up & polecat coloured & the other colours will be dark
